SCA Overview
The Sendense Central Appliance is the control-plane layer above customer and tenant SHAs for MSP and CSP operating models; backup data never passes through it.
MSP-Managed Customer SHA
In the MSP edition the customer's own SHA stays the independent hub while SCA provides central estate visibility and a delegated, appliance-enforced operation model.

Editions And Licensing
Sendense runs in CSP or MSP edition. The partner licence selects the edition; CSP records entitlement and allocates operational VM quotas without signing licences.
